All 137 guestrooms at The Tower Beverly Hills come with furnished balconies and city views. Deluxe rooms have one king bed or two double beds, all featuring Swedish Tempur-Pedic pressure-relieving mattresses. Rooms on floors 5 through 11 measure 224 square feet.

Among room amenities included are a multi-line phone with voice mail, cable television with complimentary HBO and pay movies, a CD player, a compact refrigerator, a customized mini bar, and a coffee/tea maker. Provided in each bathroom is a granite-topped vanity, a make-up/shaving mirror, a hairdryer, and a telephone. Other standard features include an in-room safe, an iron and ironing board, and in-room temperature control. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request.

For guests' convenience, The Tower Beverly Hills provides a number of complimentary amenities. A Green Room and a VIP Lounge can also be rented together to create a meeting space with a living-room type lounge.

Every morning, a sumptuous "Tower Breakfast'' is served in Studio 360 between 6am and 10:30am. Children under age 12 dine free. Food service is also available at the Factors Deli on the premises, from which orders may be placed using the room service menu between the hours of 7:30am and 11pm.

Pets are welcome at The Tower Beverly Hills. The Hollywood Dog Park is just nearby, and all four-legged guests receive a "fab bag'' of treats at check-in. A non-refundable pet fee is required.

The Tower Beverly Hills is located at 1224 South Beverwil Drive, Los Angeles, California 90035, just 11 miles from Los Angeles International Airport. If coming north on I-405, take the National Boulevard exit, turn right on National and then left on Sepulveda Boulevard. Take a right on West Pico Boulevard and continue two miles to a left on Beverwil Drive. A taxi from LAX takes 20~40 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs about $30 one-way.
