Charlottesville VA - To Whom it May Concern

Hello,

I am writing this as an additional networking tool. I have read the "What color is my parachute" to no avail...well I read what I could stay awake for, just hard for me to read that is all. However the one thing I did take away from or rather remembered was the fact I have tried more then 95% of the job search methods they identify, at one time. Employment = Networking = Challenge + Uncertainty

Posted 07-11-2008 at 12:52 PM by Cowboy74
Well, I have posted numerous time and read more than that of job searches. The Austin area, from my perspective is a network which you must force your way in. Maybe it's because I haven't had to hunt for a job/career since I joined the Air Force in 1997, but it seems with an education, experience, and a few contacts this shouldn't be this hard. Well, I guess it also doesn't help we are in a recession...my opinion, and some of the critics say otherwise, but we are in one as far as I can tell....
