Relocating to Maryland

Hi all
I am looking to move to the maryland area in the next few months and will be working at Bwi airport..I do drive. I would like to find a home in the 150k range 3 bed plus..I do have a high school child..nice quite neighborhood..I am looking for suggestions on the areas..plz help all info is greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance..
