relocating

I am in the process of thinking about relocating to either Fayetteville or San Antonio. I am dealing with the dilemmas of moving to Fayetteville and taking a pay cut as a teacher, but my oldest son is there(miss him) or I could relocate to San Antonio hopefully get a teacher job which pays more money. The cost of living in NC is higher in TX and Tn where I currently reside in Clarksville. I guess my question is: do I relocate to NC take the pay cut, but be closer to my son. My daughter is also going...
