Looking for my birth father

Hi my name is Arianna Gonzalez i am looking for my birth dad. my birth name is Brianna Bernal. I am looking for my birth father, his name is Juan Vincente Bernal but his aliases are Juan Medina Bernal, Smurf, or Johnny. I know he was born in El Salvador in 1968, but the last time i heard he lived in Los Angeles, California. please if anyone can help, it would be great. I haven't seen him since i was 10 and i am 18 now. my e-mail is screamingdreams@ymail.com
