My landlord had the stupid idea to switch out my toilet for a low flush toilet. So the plumber arrived yesterday and I showed him where my bathroom was located. Ten or fifteen minutes go by and I realized that I didn't hear anything coming out of the bathroom. There was complete silence. I'm no expert, but if he is suppose to be replacing my toilet, shouldn't I hear something? Perplexed, I get up and head towards the bathroom when I distinctly heard the sound of toilet paper being unrolled....
