I started this blog to keep myself accountable for my weight loss, but now I'm repurposing it to talk about my social anxiety.
Socialising doesn't come naturally to me. It's really hard for me to make new connections with people or even hold conversations with new people. As I'm in a new country with no friends, it sometimes gets to me how lonely I am because I can't get over this barriers. My husband is a huge support but he's all I have here.

I'm definitely having a rough couple of weeks with body image. I just look at myself as I was before... I feel fat in everything I wear. Nothing I do looks good. Just needed to vent

Is it too much to ask, to look hot in a bodycon dress? I bought this really cool geometric patterned dress and realised afterwards that I still look frumpy in it. Gahh more working out and dieting. I want instant abs please

It's been a while but oh well. No one reads these anyway lol. This is the first time in my life that I've actually went down in size, rather than up. I realised the other day that I no longer avoided away from short sleeves. I can actually wear a cami and a open jacket. I haven't been able to do that since early high school.

I forgot to do a 3 month post. Oops. Well at the 3 month mark I was 168. A week later I am 166! I am now at the weight at which I met my husband! I'm quite happy about this. It still have a lot to go, my usual mantra, but this was something I was quite pleased to reach.
I've also bought a really cool scale! I'm so lame. It calculates weight, bmi, water percentage, fat percentage, muscle percentage. You have your own profile thingy and it keeps your settings for you. It's really neat. I even...
