Posting here in the good ol' blog. Don't have much to report. Weather is starting to reflect what the calendar says. We've had some freaky weird hot weather for a while now.

How cliche, sitting around talking about weather.......

We decided we're gonna go out and see a movie this morning. We've been hearing good things about that movie Julie and Julia. It was really a pretty good little movie.

We're foodies, so this movie was a natural for us.

As a guy you know you're getting older when you see a movie like this as opposed to a movie like District 9.

Well Peeps its mid July and summer hasn't seemed to fully kick in yet. Strange, as this has been the coolest summer that I can remember, at least temp wise.

Well today is Saturday, I decided to get up early and go for a walk along the beach. For people who are familiar with So Cal area, Long Beach has a bike / walk path that runs for a bout 3-4 miles along the beach. Anyway, I decided to go for a walk. just posting to let you know I've made it through the Holidays. Yes, even Christmas, my Mom used to love the holidays its funny how now that she's gone I still think about her. I wish she could have been around a little longer. She died of cancer very suddenly a couple of years ago and sometimes it's still a little rough.

We went and did the "family" thing with Mrs.Chow's family. I had a pretty good time considering. Mrs. Chow's Mom is good woman....
