My daughter was sexally assulated by another kid in her class, he has been touching and poking at her private parts for about 3 weeks now, we just found out. WE immediately took her to the ER had her examined and met the detectives at the school the very next morning. I have had differing opinions about the possibility of insulating our 200 yr old home. The plaster is intact and the exterior has the orig. wood siding. This means we freeze all winter. I was told the insulation would not have "chambers " to hold the filler. Another suggested putting tyvek on the interior and paneling over it. Help. I am a confused fix-it mom that needs answers. I walked down to the corner store to get some stuff and also had to mail something,I simply asked the clerk if the mailbox outside their store has pickups b/c I've seen vacant boxes before and I don't want my mail sitting there forever. So they just shrug their shoulders and give me a dirty look...which is something I've experienced since day one here.
