CLEANING

I am amazed at some of the homes I show that are not even clean! If you are serious about selling your home, the cheapest thing you can do is to clean it! This just seems like common sense, but considering I still see homes that need cleaning, I thought I would just make this simple suggestion: Clean! Every area of your home requires close scrutiny. Each hour spent getting your home into showroom condition can pay big dividends.

Better than expected data on Gross Domestic Product yesterday led to a large rally in the stock market. As is quite typical, when the stock market rallies it is at the expense of the fixed income sector. Market participants sold low yielding fixed income investments to free up cash to invest in higher yielding stocks. We commonly refer to this as the flow of money.
