Increase of living sky rocketed on top of how the economy was doing. People were hesitant on renting out their home to these people so more money had to be put down and rules were far beyond what they were at one time. Crime also skyrocketed. Cumberland is very beautiful and it was more beautiful back then. Just because its historic and it’s pretty doesn’t mean that you should move there. Do your research and you’ll find out that it’s not all cracked up to be what it is. It’s just a matter of time when there are no natives living there besides the trash that is moving in now.
