Well I'm not going to talk Politics but, I don't believe that government is the answer to creating jobs.

I personally know hundreds of people who have got laid off. I used to work for a builder and I myself got laid off about a year and a half ago when the market first started turning down.

Although I do not work in real estate, I still keep in touch with a lot of my friends. You see, the thing about building new homes is that every new home built equates to 2.5 local...

It's the same old story when you have to get some maintenance done on your automobile. You go in and you drive up to the service area of the car dealership and tell a service rep what you want done. And that, most of the time, is the only thing on my mind.

I'll preface by saying this: It's just an oil change.

Inventory supply under $350,000 in Phoenix Area, June 12, 2009

On June 12, 2009 in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, on the MLS, there were 9,864 homes of the following type that are in Active status.

Single family detached homes
NOT in short-sale status
Priced below $350,000

(Short sales were eliminated because the current buyers are shunning them in favor of the REO's.)

For the past 30 days there were 6,762 Sales of the above type.

That means there is a 1.4 months supply of that type home...
