I went to the YMCA today... Been doing that every other day now for awhile...still, going to be a long while before I get up to 'snuff' of where I was, before I got the lung infection and had to take a three months hiatus...
Going to take me months to get back where I was, and its driving me nuts!! Cant believe I went clear back to 'square one', in my exercise routine.... Two years of exercise, 'shot down' because of a lousy lung infection, and inept Doctors... Well, my Wife wanted to...

Good Tuesday Morning Friends!

Very gloomy here today. The wind is blowing so hard, it was difficult to take the garbage out and to let the doggies out for the day.

Sunday morning was sunny and dry, so we took the opportunity to head over to the park before anyone else would be up and out. I brought along an old tennis ball, so Big' would have something to keep focused on as we walked the trails through the wooded area. (Otherwise, his nose might lead him off in directions I would prefer he not go.)

I would toss the ball down the trail, he'd give chase, return, and we repeated this until we got to the soccer fields. Then ... Robins!

I currently work for maxum. It depends what u wanna do for maxum. im a onsite fueler. i work 2 on 1 off rotation. We dont get pay for time off. Straight pay .no ovrrtime. 12 hours work day. About only 10 percent driving. Rest of time sitting. If u need more info let me know, actually on shift right...
