My job search--month 4

I'm a 2011 graduate, Civil Engineering and Econimics are my field of study. My job searches have been disappointing and depressing. I have joined all sorts of forums for networking and adoption but they haven't been fruitful. I have been invited for four interviews eventhough i have applied to at least 1000 positions in private firms and local governments. I think God did okay work designing and constructing planet Earth, but He did not do a great job, and God is supposedly great, right? The trouble is; God did not use enough imagination. It was imaginative to come up with the Laws of Physics, and all of the chemical elements. And the creation of life was inspired, but once He got beyond those things, God seemed to run out of motivation.

If I were God I would have made a species or two of giant bird, sort of similar to the whales...

I've lived in charlotte as long as i can remember but my child moved from Asia and attended school here she's had a very hard time settling here, having to face bulling and even discrimination from teachers, she has never taken EOG's the teachers did not want to help her as she came from a different country, i helped her as much as i can at home and found tutoring from our church but still the teachers say that she might not be a level 3 on her eog's and they will retain her in the same class, my...
