Daylight Time Already? My, How Time Flies

Posted 03-09-2017 at 07:20 PM by case44 (Welcome To Case's Column)

In the next few days, we get to do what I've waited all winter for. The bad part is losing the one hour of sleep, but the trade-off is fabulous. We are in the midst of having more daylight each day. So, we are going to set our clocks forward one hour on Saturday night.

Posted 03-09-2017 at 04:44 PM by UpTownJon (Jons Blog)

I get a lot of questions on solar panels these days... here's your answers!

With around 300 days of sunshine per year, Phoenix is the officially one of the sunniest cities in the country. It’s no wonder the solar industry has such strong roots here in Phoenix. With continually advancing solar technology and the sunniest city in the country, why isn’t every rooftop covered in solar panels in the valley of the sun? Much like the answer to most questions in today’s world, the...

Ten Reasons why Homes don't Sell Quickly

Posted 03-09-2017 at 04:29 PM by DIVA Brenda

1. Location Location Location
A buyer's need to be in a specific location can be just as particular as the buyer himself. One buyer may prefer to live near public transportation while another may prefer to live in walking distance to grocery stores or even far away from neighbors. Sellers should not take the buyer's preference personal because it is what it is in terms of where the house is located. The agent and the seller will just have to target/find a buyer who would value that location....

And then I mounted and she bound me
With her triumphing arms around me,
And whispering to herself enwound me;
He shook himself and neighed three times:
Caoilte, Conan, and Finn came near,
And wept, and raised their lamenting hands,
And bid me stay, with many a tear;
But we rode out from the human lands

Reading the heroic romances of Ireland,which you can read too.The eleven different romances are all ancient; seven are either in the...

Why don't chicken breasts have nipples?

Posted 03-09-2017 at 09:39 AM by llrivero

*WHY DON'T CHICKEN BREASTS HAVE NIPPLES?**
I had to ask? My husband said to me... if chickens are a bird...... why don't they fly? I countered that question with well....... if chickens have breasts....... why don't they have nipples??
Seems like a legitimate question to me........ So, I had to find out!
I found out that some millenia ago.... chickens did INDEED have nipples...... 6 to be exact! YUP, and they produced milk to feed their young. Although helpful to the chicks.......
