Isaiah 61: 1, 2-- is a familiar passage, yet ever-powerful-in order to understand more about wielding our God-given authority in the power of His might.

"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor...."

Whether to purchase a House or a Condo -- What shall I buy?? This is a valid question. There are many factors to consider.

In this blog let's consider some pros and cons of purchasing a house

1. In a house you typically have larger outdoor spaces for family time or entertaining. Your pets have more space to run and play. A con is that you have to maintain that outdoor space . You also have to purchase equipment in order to maintain the outdoor space....

I wanted to clarify that I meant no disrespect my last comment. I happen to love the town and the people, but some houses still have a lot of damage from the storm.

Hi everybody,

Just found that I created a blog on here about 4 years ago and haven't followed up on posting since here. There has been some changes and things have happened to me since then. The real estate practice is growing, and am seeing a number of past clients and people that know me contact me for their move. I've had 4 relaxing solo vacations, but feel it's time to travel with friends.

I seem more distant to some ways to those people that's known for me years....

I feel like I'm writing fortune cookies today.


The obvious move is not always the best move.
