they had extra vaccines this week so they offered the food service dept vaccines. i went ahead and took it yesterday. happy to report i am well. i get my second dose in january.

One of the problem most people trying to manage their anger issues have been experiencing thus far is that they try to manage it from the external angle only without paying any attention to the internal triggers such anger emotion may be feeding on.

Most times, it's not what is done to you or said to you that triggers the response that you give, but something underlying, and until you address that underlying trigger...
