Hello all, I am planning to relocate to the West Valley this September/October. Because I live out of state, viewing properties for rent will need to be done in a visit sometime in late August. Preferably I would like to rent a home with 2 bedrooms, but will consider an apartment or condo. I would also prefer 55+ but not a necessity. Please advise the best way to go about my "house hunting". Should I rely on the internet, just rent an apartment in the interim or use a property management...
