Gas shortage in the South

Posted 09-25-2008 at 09:54 PM by Canes2006Champs
I woke up early tuesday morning to take a math test, on my way I noticed an unusual sight. There was a line of cars backed up to buy gas at the closest gas station to my residence. My first thought was "is there a free gas giveaway?", well, the answer was worse than no. Sadly, it got worse over the next few days and may continue to do so.

Who is to blame? it's hard to say, because somewhere along the line, everyone has had some role in it. I mean, unless you dont drive at...

Posted 09-04-2008 at 01:33 PM by Canes2006Champs

Spring- The leaves vegin to bloom and the Rabbits, squirrels, and Deer come out of hibernation and run about freely through my neighborhood....

Another new semester

Posted 08-16-2008 at 08:04 PM by Canes2006Champs
Colleges will begin fall classes on August 18th. For some, it'll be a new experience and a new beginning chapter of life. For others, like me, it will be just another semester, but those who have been here before come back with more or less wisdom and knowledge.
Some come back ready to party and get laid, some come back ready to get their degree, and some just come for the sake of not being a lazy bum, and/or to stay on their mom and dad's insurance.

I come back knowing there...

Big hockey fans like me do exsist in NC. Some may be new to the game, others are life-long fans. Transplants from all over the country, espescially from the Northeast and Michigan, places where hockey is king. So one would think the local sports media in Charlotte would be at least approving to the sport, even with a team in Raleigh that won the championship in '06. But, thats not really the case.

In 2002, when the 'Canes were making their cinderella playoff run, the local media here...
