Our Boxer Autumn

Posted 10-23-2009 at 11:44 AM by Terryj
Autumn is our 3 year old Boxer, she is an awesome member of the family. We had her bred in August and she had her pups this last Friday, all 8 of them, 3 Brindle males, 3 Fawn Females, 1 White male with a dark spot on its eyebrow and ear, and 1 White Female. My wife calls them, Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs.

Even before we decided to have her bred we set aside funds for this, having a litter of pups isn't something that should be taken lightly and one should be prepared. Autumn has her...

Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

Posted 02-15-2009 at 01:18 PM by Terryj
What does this phrase mean to you, do you understand your rights as a citizen of the United States of America and it's relationship to this phrase?

The Declaration of Independence is the foundation on which our Constitution was built upon, and we find these words penned by Thomas Jefferson that reflect the views and ideals of the citizens of the country.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by...

Conversations with my brother

Posted 02-03-2009 at 01:13 PM by Terryj
Now you may be asking why would I be writing a blog about me and my brother talking. At the risk of being labeled "completely out of my mind" I have choose to share some of these conversations.
I'll post them is a series of post due to the length.

My brother Jerry was my triplet, we were born in 1950 and I was the last of the three of us to make the appearance in the outside world. Jerry and I grew up you might say attached to the hips. Where one of us was you would...

My childhood as a triplet

Posted 02-01-2009 at 03:39 PM by Terryj
I was born in 1950 along with my sister and brother, we are triplets, or might I say the three musketeers. As I look back on this experience it was somewhat rewarding as well as disappointing. The rewarding part was, we always had each other to depend on, this is true even today. The disappointing part was, we really had no individual identity until we reached or teens. We were rarely referred to by our names, except around immediate family, we were always referred to as “the triplets”. We were...
