I am living in ny city and have wanted for a two year period to buy in florida and luckily my intuition kept stopping me. Now that we are in this recession and there are so many foreclosures I want to buy. The problem is I cant get down there so I want to make offers on places. Which is a better investment being near disney and amusements and having the option of getting tourists or a more expensive upscale lake nona community. since lake nona is more expensive to carry is it not a good investment....
