i had a really big issue in new york city with my stepdad so my mom sent me to live with my dad in syracuse new work he currently has temporarily custody of me but i want to move out on my own....i am 16 years old have 2 jobs and i am a straight A student my dad gives me no support and does not buy me a thing.is there anyway i can emancipate myself? is it possible for my mom to write a letter giving my custody to someone else even though my dad has temporarly custody of me?
