I am appealing the reason why my employer is trying to deny my UI benifits. I became sick with pnemonia and was unable to do my job and my last employer is using not giving a notice as a reason to block me getting my unemployment check. There are more reasons why I was so stressed that it made me sick. The stresss was brought on my them, not the job. I even went to them and talked to them about my problem that was on their end and they couldn't fix it. (Computer error). I had 90 days...
