"Buy stock in Amazon" is not bad council. They're hiring talented people here in Seattle area at an increasingly clip past year or two. They have an irrestiible (to me) model: a LOT of what I need it available, at tolerable prices, and shipped in two days as long as I sign up for the $100/year Prime program. For some, like me, it's a good investment in saved drive-time and frusturation.
