Lake towns, gulf towns, bay towns in warm climate

Relocating and MUST live on the water, be it lake, gulf, or bay. MUST be in a warm state. Rural areas are okay and good public schools are a must too. Prefer a town with a young professional population. Looking for low cost of living as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
