Are you ready for winter?

Since I work from home, I tend to think about these things. Living on the desert has it's challenges, and we're working to eliminate as many challenges as possible.

With that said, I just posted to "Ask Me Why... Work From Home" about being ready for emergencies, ranging from no power, to no work, to isolation.

I'm doing what I can to spread the word about Change.gov. It's the site where President-elect Obama is keep everyone informed of things his transition team is working on, as well as soliciting your opinions and visions.

Rather than sit around and gripe about stuff... you can make a difference by voicing your opinions and sharing your vision for our great country.

Hello to all, hard to believe it was nearly 65 degrees with only a light breeze today. When will we see winter?

Looking to fill a need as our local Enterprise newspaper gave up the ghost months ago, I bring you Escalante Desert Valley News. Be sure to watch for more updates
