Ok im going to California on Thursday Nov the 14th to buy a car. What do i need to do??? Where do i get the temp plates, here in Evans CO (where i live) or in California??? I would think there (Cali) because the car isn't mine untill i pay for it. It's going to be my first car and i always thought that it was simple just show up pay for it and make them sigh over the title.....am i right? If not what else do i need to do? I'm buying the car from a private seller so im pretty sure he wont give me...
