My mom always told me back when I was a kid that people still don't disagree with people because of their ethnic background, skin color, and beliefs. I always nodded my head and kept that in mind. Now I have grown up and have gone off to college for 4 years, and very very rarely did I ever encounter a case or scenario where "disagreement" existed. It seems to me that it's still this way out here in the United States. I never knew how many people could be so negative, judgmental, and anger-driven. I thought comments about the RGV was bad enough, but the Immigration threads are horrific. Why can't more people support and praise each other as human beings? I'm glad I found a quite a few of users on this network that are supportive and positive. They are the ones who kept me sane while reading through numerous threads. Thanks guys!
