Arrived in this amazing country 2 days ago. Planning to stay for 2 year (perhaps extending the visit). Hoping to ask advise. Been house hunting today, will be working close to grand central, found a place in East harlem right on the border of UES. Love the flat, just newly redecorated, spacious the works, but want to ask if this is safe & ok to sign a lease of 1 year. I'm European, love diversity, hoping to be very happy there. Any advise?
