Seems like it was just the other day I had a career. A job that was one of those everyone tells you to look for--GET YOURSELF A JOB YOU LOVE DOING WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY, THAT'S A JOB THAT WILL GET YOU UP IN THE MORNING--that's what I had.

NO and NO...Driving 3 verwell used cars...conventional FHA mortgage...but paying close to $500 a month in property tax ($350), house insurance($100) PMI ($50)...and wondering how long we can hold...
