My family and I are moving to Tampa by June 13, 2009. We are looking for a short term lease if possible. We are trying to buy a foreclosure home which will be our very first house we buy, but it will take about 3 months for the paper work to be completed or maybe a liitle more. We are not looking for anything fancy. Just a place we can call home for now. Nothing expensive. Can only afford up to $700.00 per month or nego?
