Public MLS site?

Posted 07-14-2008 at 08:37 AM by 2bindenver
Often Buyers and seller want to know where they can look at housing for sale without registering on a website.

In metro Denver look at recolorado.com

Limited information is available on the site.

For example no tax info is displayed, it does not mean there are no property taxes.

The county assessor's office has that information.

Do you want a specific and ongoing housing search? Contact a local Realtor with an ILD website...

How complicated is it to buy or sell real estate in CO?

Perception is reality. If you think putting a home on MLS or Craigslist is all you will need to either sell a house or buy one - you are oversimplifying.

Can you sell or buy without a Realtor - absolutely. Should you? Probably not.

For the most part individuals sell and buy houses. For the most part every one has an agenda - those agenda's clash, negotiations stall, posturing begins, interest rates rise, people feel entitled.
