I live in Florida and I have come across a marriage certificate from a Mill Marion L Cerndy (it's hard to read) married at her home in Houghton Michigan to a Mr. William Pelmeau (also hard to read) the licence is quite large in great condition from April 28 1917 the witnesses are Wm. Cerundy and Miss Edna Pelmeau, S.G.
