Move to Colorado Springs?

I own my own residential/commercial painting business here in Michigan and am barely getting by. But the place I rent is only 350/mo incl utils. with roomates. I want to move to Co Springs because i love to ski, hike and mountains. Need a better economy but with possibility to get business going again out there. Any positive word on this out there?
