Looking to Emigrate from UK to US

Looking for either job or business proposition that would legally get me entry in to U.S.A. Have worked for many years both in hospitality, retail and before that reproduction trade (printing). Have good understanding of marketing and people and am now looking to move to the States in preparation to retire in a few years time. If anybody has any suggestions/ideas or propositions I would be delighted to hear from you
