Avon, Zionsville or Noblesville

Hello,
I'm possibly relocating from a suburb of Chicago (Mokena) to the suburbs of Indianapolis and have 3 kids. Ages 5, 10 & 12 (Jr High) and was wondering what the best place to live would be. We like a newer area with lots of kids, friendly and good schools. Thank you.
