Remembering Trip Plymale

Good gravy - I grew up in Raleigh and knew Trip Plymale from local theater. Amazing as it is - thats actually his real name. OMG - I just remembered her name, the woman that did those silly stupid productions - Bette Dixon ( a total hag) - she did various productions in a run down elementary school.
I never realized he was only one year older than me. But I sure do remember lusting after him even when I was 9 years old. What a studmuffin.
I was thoroughly perturbed to find out years later that he was gay. Drat - why the heck didnt we work that out - LOL:). Who knows what I would have wanted at that age - but Trip could have had whatever.
I'm 57 now - so this does go back one or two years LOL:) Unfortunately we weren't old enuf to be friends with Armistead Maupin (he was older)
