My wife has been transferred to California and as soon as I rent our home in Smyrna, I will join her.
I am looking for a person or family that will be a good steward of the home. It's a very nice home in a brand new development. It's a 4 bedroom/4 bath fully upgraded with a finished basement, approximately 3800 square feet of living space. The neighborhood is full of kids and working professionals, all of which have proven kind and generous. We love our home and had intended to be here for a long time. Smyrna is a great location - 30 minutes to the airport, 25-30 minutes downtown (on surface streets), and 10 minutes to Vinings/Cumberland Mall. I'm looking for a year lease and would consider longer as well as a lease-purchase.
