Deciding about Moving to Minneapolis, MN

My husband company is opening up a new site in Minneapolis, MN. We are currently living in Norwalk, CT. Which is located on the east coast. I have so many questions??? Yet, I do not have any answers. I want to know what is the job outlook like? How is the nightlife for a couple who would like to go out? Activites for families or children? Events? How is the school system? What is a good neighborhood to raise my daugther or future children? My husband and me are a young couple...But we have a beautiful little girl that we will love to raise the right way. We want to have more children in the future and I want to raise them in a good neighborhood. I know that everywhere you go their is that one neighborhood or area that has it's flaws. Yet, I was raised in Brooklyn, NY in the projects and overcame that lifestyle and do not want that for my children. We worked our behind off so that our daughter and future children can have a better lifestyle than we did. That is our most important goal. I hope someone can help me. I do not know anything about this city. I am hoping to learn and visit before we make the choice of moving out there and if it will be the right choice for my family and me.
