Relocating to Bewthesda, MD

I am relocating with my wife to Bethesda, MD and am interested in finding housing. I'm looking for a townhome or single family, new construction preferable or resale. My price limit is up to $500,000. As I will be working in Bethesda, MD, any suggestions?
