So I'm getting pretty serious about going to the New England Institute of Art. A representative called me today and we chatted a bit about my goals and school life and what i would want in a college. I would go there for digital film making/ video production. Forever i've wanted to go to California for college, but as it gets closer to the end of my senior year in high school I'm starting to be against California. I guess I just had "California fever". I used to be absolutely positive that Cali was my number one option. Now that my friends have been applying to colleges and I havnt been, Im thinking it'd be a good time to get some more options open to me. I plan on going to the open house for the New England Institute of Art on Npvember 8th, and still have to set up an interview with them. The guy who called me sounded pretty cool. I was suprised to get a call from them lol Apparently on the site to get information for the college I put the rejection hotline number into "phone number" ahahaha! He was like, "when i called you the first time it was the rejection hotline..." HAHA! oops! i think i put that in bc i didnt want them to really call me, i didnt think they actually would, but now im glad he did. It was good talking to someone about the college and my interests in film. I hope that the open house goes well on the 8th and i hope everything works out in the end. I'm a little skeptical about moving to Boston tho, as far as housing i mean cuz i know it's very expensive. The college is located in Brookline, MA, so its not directly in Boston, but the concept is similar.
