This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...

This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.

This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them

Chow for now...

May the LORD Bless all who see this.

I wish you well...

Yesterday, after my bath in the morning, I fell asleep on my easy chair... Sheesh, what a waste of the better part of the day.

It wasnt until I was getting ready for bed, that I realized that I had forgotten my heart meds!! Even though I didnt go to exercise, if i dont take 'those', my heart will drag me down and make me sleep-->basically, its because my potassium must be low, as the other day, I had a charlie horse in my leg, when I stretched and thats the best indication of that certain chemical being low.

Life has been settling down lately. My Sister in Law has had her 'estate sale' for her Mother in Law, so that she can keep her in the custom, that she is becoming accustomed to... Getting her hair done each week, cable and phone in the Nursing Home.
Its a shame, that old people have to eventually end up in a nursing home, but, when they cant take care of themselves, and when her Son, and Daughter in Law both work, and the Mother in Law needs meds at certain time and needs to be helped with the most mundane thing, then it was time to put her in there, for her own saftey. Most of the time, its tough on the kids, and with my Sis and Brother in law, its no exception.
Just because you 'put' a person in there, doesnt mean that you lose all contact with the person. They still need outside contact, and know that you still love and care for them. Though, the Nursing Home tries to keep them busy all day long-->the better ones-->You as the patient know that there isnt anything like being home, and the children are your only link to home now. Normalicy is never the same, as the comforts of home are forever lost to you, and you know you will die in that place that you were put to live the rest of your life out at.
I hope, when my kids decide its time for me to go into a 'Home', that they buy me a new computer so I can play Evony-->if its still going on, and Im still playing at that time LOL. I can sit in my bed, playing on the computer and be happy, being served breakfast, dinner and supper in bed LOL... Course with my luck, they would probably spring for dial up, and take forever and a day to play the game, and I would get fustrated, and go nuts!! hmmm I hope my kids get good jobs to keep me into the custon I 'want' to be accustomed to

And with that, I will call it a day.

i wish you well...
