Perhaps I have gone through the worst of everything so that one day maybe I'll have the best of everything...(?)...

    I reckon if you get something out of even the most horrid of experiences, it isn't in vain. I went through 3 years of continual s**t...just pure crap. Thankfully I can now see where it's changed me for the better. I hope it happens for you, and that things look up soon. Be gentle on yourself in the meantime. If you want.
