Happiness Is - by Summering

Happiness is found in the heart and the soul.......and the laughter within will never grow old.Happy is found in the breath of fresh air, in a mountain majestic, and a trail that leads there.....
In a breeze at the ocean ,as you walk thru the sand. In a Sea shell thats gathered itself in your hand........
Be happy for sunshine, be happy for rain...happy for snow on your homes window pane.
Open your heart, be happy.. stand tall... theres a rainbow ahead that is outside your door.
Happy is not in a gift ,nor' in fame.
Its not found in anger, or ridicule and shame.
Its a friend close beside you ,to hold your own hand. A child as he looks up, when he sees you again.
Its a spark thats inside you. So light it today. Be happy , spread laughter as you go along your way.

All blood is red
Close your eyes to see be free
Open listen hear to feel all equal
Divided growth please appeal
Groans mother earth cries help
Abuse care not thrown away
Generation next planet we steal

United the gift give to receive

The ocean it sways in its own gentle way..........
It is blue, then its green, all colors some say.........
Then it washes ashore with a calm and a roar........and
it lands at our feet so it seems.... Just once more.
Once again, it free forms........to a sky-high delight.
And we run trying to find a spot out of sight....
For its headed our way, with its glamourous sounds.......and our footprints no longer remain on the ground.
When I'm far away.........it often calls me........like a sailor who needs to go set out to sea.
Then again, I take off for the sight of the moon.....beaming down on the earths huge watering pool.
For one can't be too far........from those things that one loves.
For the moment will come when God says from above.
" Did you love my green earth, and the oceans so wide?" Did you sit by the ocean, and it gleamed in your eyes?
And you'll want to answer.........." I went out that way, saw glory and goodness, and the ocean that swayed"
For again, theres tomorrow and one must hold true......There a magic in everything here just for you.

Today I was happy because......I had a great swim, in my nice peaceful backyard..........quiet, peaceful. I took my pup in, and he seems to love it too........
I listened to the Towhee.......We had to look that bird up a few years back. We had never saw the likes of him.
And they say " to eat" " to eat" so you know they are around.........charming, and they always return.
I was happy reading about Cort and SWBarres visit.......
That makes me smile too.
