Building Green in Northeast Georgia

I am a green home builder in Northeast Georgia. Would like to get feedback from anyone about what green features are desired in new homes to make them sustainable and energy efficient. Have built several homes that are Energy Star qualified, but would like to continue to get better. I have a website that has a "Building Green" page for those who want to learn more about the subject. Lots of great links to energys saving ideas.
