Car Accident on the way to work (work comp?)

I'm trying to find out if you can claim work comp if your on your way to work ( the Office) and your in an accident, can you claim a work comp claim or is it soley on your car insurance?:think:

    I would say it's the car insurance. It's my understanding that workers' comp is for something that is job related. Traveling to work probably won't fall under that.

    I agree. You should have a accident report from the police department and file with your auto insurance.
    If another vehicle is involved and at fault, they would most likely pay your compensation/medical.
