Texas law regarding dog poop

I smell dog poop everyday because the dog of my neighbor uses my lawn as a dumping ground. Anyone familiar with the law regarding dog poop?:smack:

	Don't know exactly what the law is - you could probably call your local police or city hall - but common courtesy mandates that neighbor pick up poop - or you could turn it over with a shovel for some good fertilizer
