You have to live somewhere? and why give your money to a landlord (EEEK I am one!) when the prices in Mt Pleasant have fallen to make this desirable community with great schools, affordable. My husband Jeff Johnson of Blackdog is a designer and builder and the cost of building a home has fallen 15-20% even more for the higher end homes. Real estate will rise again. This will be one of those times like post Hugo that people look back and regret they didn't buy at these prices. Di
