Bergen County Market

Based on MLS data, there were 8,277 single family home sales in 2007 and only 5,123 sales this year. The median home price in 2007 was $499,000. This year it is $465,000.

For condos, the number of sales is down from 2,348 to only 1,362! And the median price is $380,000 down from $395,000.

Interesting and bad.
