Union County market

Posted 12-29-2008 at 02:08 PM by Marc Paolella

Let's check Union County. Based on Realist data, there were 5,680 single family home sales in 2007 and only 3,625 sales this year. The median home price in 2007 was $389,000. This year it is $365,000.

For condos, the number of sales is up, believe it or not. From 434 to 555. And the median price is $281,000 down from $292,200.

Actually not too bad for Union County overall.

Good info. I wish more agents would do this.
